Sonic Reply: My New Help Desk

Help DeskI have just acquired the Sonic Reply plugin which is a new piece of software for creating a branded help desk.

The plugin was launched on 23rd July 2014 and I am one of the first customers to test it out.

In view of our impending launch of Hangout Cash Code, I have co-branded the Help Desk with Chris Cole.  We have plans to create at least one product per month in partnership and it makes sense to run all support through one help desk.

I am pleased to report that the Sonic Reply plugin was battle-tested during our successful product launch whewr we sold around 550 digital products and received around 20 tickets.  Sonic Reply enabled us to keep on top of our customer service response times and to answer the tickets in the order received – it has great analytics that really help us to manage our tickets effectively.
